As a career, training and development specialist for over 37 years, David has developed a unique breadth of experience and understanding of helping people to fulfil their potential. Many consultancy assignments, in a variety of settings and contexts, have enabled him to facilitate a range of commissions in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

These include the pharmaceutical, airline, distribution, manufacturing, financial services, construction, and IT industries, as well as local government departments and health trusts. Passionate about excellence, he wants to see quality developments in all areas of working life. As an expert in the area of evaluation, David values highly the importance of reviews and assessment to continuous improvement.. He has mentored senior executives and executive board members and has over 15 years' experience as a voluntary counsellor.

Józefa Fawcett

With a career that spans over 31 years, Józefa's work has taken her from make-up artist to promotional consultant, sales executive to recruitment consultant and then on to a range of management, training and development roles across the private, public and voluntary sector.

Her interest is in the interrelationship between individuals, teams and the organisational culture and systems that they work in. She seeks to help develop an understanding of the value of existing organisational knowledge, seeing this as fundamental to successful performance management, knowledge-sharing and value networking.

Józefa has published articles in a series of practitioner journals and is also an experienced speaker. Since 1997, she has chaired and presented at various UK and European conferences.

A Member of the Chartered Insititute of Personnel & Development CIPD, the Institute of Healthcare Management IHM, the Institute for Leadership & Management InstLM and the Central & East European Management Development Association CEEMAN Józefa is also an Executive Board member of the European Consortium for the Learning Organisation ECLO, and Vice Chair of the IHM London Regional Council. A regular contributor to various online social and business networks and discussion groups spanning UK and rest of Europe she embraces all that techology has to offer to support the learning experience.
